For me, a strong self esteem was something that I had to really work on. I just didn’t have it. I had beliefs about myself that were based on my mistakes, my humiliations and on the opinions of others.

I had so many excuses and blamed so many people for it. But at some point, I accepted the truth, that my self worth was my responsibility… and mine only. I built up a lifetime of subconscious programs that worked against all my desires and efforts. They even worked against my own body in the form of inflammation and chronic fatigue, issues I’m still fighting to fix.

About 20 years ago, I embarked upon a journey of self development and self discovery that took me on an intense roller coaster that included the highs of awareness. But it also included the lows of trauma necessary that forced me to see myself and my world from a completely different paradigm.

Every belief I had about myself had to come shattering down so that the vase could be reglued together in a more beautiful form. This article addresses some of those altered ideas about myself that I hope you can also learn from.
