I agree with this article. It’s great and practical. The only difference in opinion I have is in the specifics area of positive thinking. For me, optimism vs pessimism has made all the difference in my productivity.
There are times when I just don’t feel up to doing the things I know would make my life better. So I do turn to positive self talk, like focusing on the things I truly appreciate and reminding myself that I am capable of doing a thing. That helps me immensely.
But everything else is in this article is brilliant. It’s the no-nonsense shit that we really need to accept. Fantastic job and thanks for the perspective!
