Michael Jackson vs. the Extortionists
(MJ haters, this won’t be fun…)
We’ve heard all kinds of stories about the legendary King of Pop’s eccentric life. Some good, some bad, and some quite interesting. But the one troubling to most was the accusations of child misconduct. And even though in a court of law in 2005, Michael Jackson was found innocent on 14 counts against 13 year old Gavin Arvizo, the sad myth still continues.
We have mainly the media to thank for that, and the fact that credible research isn’t necessarily a common pastime for the average person. We can now blame a Sundance integrity flop and it’s director, too… and we’ll get to him later. But for a die-hard Michael Jackson fan, passing untrue rumors about him is simply unacceptable. Because of this, lots of great facts have been researched and confirmed that should clarify any false assumptions about the late King of Pop, restoring his great legacy.
An angry father out for revenge
In 1994, Michael Jackson was accused by Jordan Chandler of molestation. However, his father, Evan Chandler, a Los Angeles dentist, had a vendetta against Jackson for very personal reasons. Chandler is recorded in a phone conversation with (and recorded by) David Schwartz, the new husband to Chandler’s ex-wife, June Schwartz (who he owed $50K in back child support).
